Do I need an appointment to get free lactation counseling?

No appointment is needed. You can call or come in anytime Monday thru Saturday to talk with a either a Certified Lactation Counselor or a La Leche League Leader for free. We also host a Nursing Moms Group every Thursday at 12:30 pm and 5:30 pm. This group is free and a great place to find support and get questions answered. It is also a great place to meet other Moms who are also nursing. There’s no need to call ahead, just come.You’ll be glad you did!
