Frequently Asked Questions regarding our purchasing of resale items.
We do not accept appointments. We do ask that you wait while we go through your gently used items, so you can come when it’s convenient for you. Don’t worry; we are usually pretty fast at this. We get lots of practice! While you wait, let the kids play in our play areas throughout the store and you can see what’s new on our racks or get a bite to eat or a smoothie at Child’s Play Café.
We do not sell used car seats and we don’t buy them either. We do sell The Britax line of new car seats.
If we have what you want in stock, we would love to rent it to you. We do not rent car seats. We do rent portacribs, excersaucers, swings, strollers, etc. $3 per item, per day is what it will cost you!
We get new items in EVERYDAY! That's one of the many beautiful things about resale: the inventory is always fresh!
We will look at any season, anytime; however, we primarily buy spring and summer items from February thru June and fall and winter items from June thru January.We will buy off-season items if they are spectacular pieces as our storage space is limited.
You can bring items to our shop anytime Monday thru Saturday 10am to 7pm. No appointment needed.
We will go through it on the spot and make you a cash or store credit offer on the items we can resell.
