Circle of life Childbirth classes include a doula designed cirriculum presented in an experiential manner. It is the untention of Circle of Life to honor your unique childbirth experience. Studies include excercises such as birth art, communication, fear release and deep relaxation as well as the anatomy and physiology of birth, comfort measures, breastfeeding and newborn procedures.
